e-rate
RTS has been an approved e-rate provider since the inception of the program back in the 90's. Our school district customers gain additional value through their involvement in this federal program.
RTS also is an approved Good Samaritan Service Provider under the e-rate program. In this role, RTS has helped many school districts receive the funding initially lost through using other carriers.

We have benefited in several ways- the change to RTS was seamless and not disruptive in any way to our callers, our long distance rates improved and RTS acted as a Good Samaritan Provider in helping our district collect money owed to us through USAC after we weren't paid with another carrier.
